All matters regarding your order's quality can be emailed to email@example.com or please call the studio and leave a detailed message for someone to get back to you as soon as possible.
We do not guarantee our merchandise collections, however, we do want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so we offer a replacement, exchange or shoppe credit in the event your item is received defective or damaged. The determination of what is an item defect, shipping damage, or normal wear and tear is up to the discretion of Wildfield Shoppe. Customers have 10 days from the date of purchase to submit a claim of defect or damage for consideration.
Please include as much detail as possible about the defect or damage, including pictures. We will work with you one on one to determine if and how a replacement or credit will be provided to you.
You may be asked to return or ship back the defective or damaged item to our studio. This is so we can receive a credit from our vendor. All return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer.
Once flowers leave our studio premises / delivery vehicle, Wildfield Shoppe is no longer responsible for any damages incurred due to mishandling, transit, weather, etc. If you are unhappy with the quality of your arrangement please give us a call or email within 48 hours. In most cases, we will gladly replace the arrangement. No refunds or replacements will be made after this period, nor will refunds or replacements be made based on improper flower care on the part of the recipient.
Flower Care & Guarantee
All fresh cut flowers and foliage have a different vase life, even under the same conditions. All of our wrapped and arranged flowers will be comprised of flowers and foliage that having varying vase lives, ranging from 3-12 days, depending on the season and conditions the flowers are placed in. The recipient will receive a care card regarding the best way to prolong the life of the flowers (changing the water daily, giving a fresh cut to the stems at a 45 degree angle, keep away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, etc), but at a minimum, we guarantee our wrapped and arranged flowers for 3 days.
Wildfield Shoppe reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your flower order. In this event, the integrity of the proposed colour scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used.
Plants are not guaranteed, but we make our best effort to provide you with the care advice that is necessary to making your plant thrive in the right home conditions.
